Who needs a cup that holds ice for 24 hours, or keeps your coffee warm 6 hours into the day? Do you pour a glass of ice water and decide 23 hours later to drink it? Who pours a coffee at 7 am and doesn't finish it til lunch? Am I the only person that pours a drink, finishes it, and moves on with the day 40$ richer...

I drink water all day long. It's nice that my Yeti cup will keep ice all day, even though I'm constantly refilling it. I'm not going to drink lukewarm water like some kind of poor.

I'm guessing Yeti knows that most of the time dishwashers won't mess with the insulation, but they're stating it like that on purpose to give them cover. Kinda shrewd.

There's no insulation to mess with. Its a vacuum between the outer wall (the part your hand touches) and the inner wall (the part your drink of choice touches). There isn't even any air in there which is why they work so well, nothing to conduct or transfer heat to your cold drink or dissipate the heat from your hot drink.
