10 to hwy 30 in Gonzales was clear about 4 hours ago. But that was before 10 west was closed at 73. If you have 4-6 hours to kill then go for it, take 30 to bluebonnet

30 was closed last night. I would take 1-10 to airline to bluebonnet

I took this route last night and had no problems.

I might have to make this drive later tonight. Anyone know if I can get off in Gonzales and take 30?

You can probably get a lot closer on 1-10 before you need to cross.

Per DOTD website:

Between Exit 177: LA 30 (2 miles west of the Gonzales area) and Exit 166: LA 42; Highland Road (2 miles east of the Baton Rouge area). The road is closed because of flooding.

Where on 30 did they turn you around? This around 11:30 this morning, I went by my office which is very close to the 30/73 intersection with no problems. So obviously beyond that I don't know if 30 is closed or not, but I don't remember seeing it on the list of road closures from this morning.

Made the New Orleans to BR drive last night after 8:00 sometime with no problems. Had been told that I-10 was closed from Highland to Bluebonnet so we got off in Gonzales but cops had roads blocked re-routing us. Decided to try I-10 again and just sit in traffic until Highland exit it necessary, but wasn't the case.

Today made the drive from Acadian exit to Highland exit and water was high on the sides of the interstate in some places but lanes were all open.

You've been asking the same question since this morning. Not trying to be a dick, but you just need to either go or stay home.
