Rhonda wasn't ever that good as everyone made her out to be. It was a nice run for Rhonda being just avg for MMA, but when she fights scrub moms, it made her look much better than what she really was. You could see in her fights prior to this one, that Rhonda had terrible striking and no head movement who just bull rushes their opponent.

Now Rhonda does have good submissions, but that and her judo is all she has. When you have a woman who can easily shut these areas down, then Rhonda got exposed.

That elbow Holly landed early in the 1st let me know that Rhonda was gonna get a thorough beating. Holly Holm is so freaking sexy too, god she gets my crotch area that happy warm feeling.

For a fighter she isn't bad. I bet she would look better if she gained some weight and almost had a 6 pack showing. But when you got to cut weight to make weight then you might not look so good.

Also Rhonda has very manly arms and her face is meh at best.

This. Much better to palm strike a hard target than with the list. When I was active in Krav I slowly became more reliant on a palm strike. I only found that I lost a bit of reach.

Gained weight? She's huge.

There's a reason she hasn't made weight to get in Rousey's weight class: she doesn't want to give up what the needle has given her; the cut would be devastating for her unless she started really, really, really early; and she's not that great. Her extra size is very important for her. She needs it to win.

My hunch is that, in about a year, Rousey will win the title back and we'll probably get some tell-all story about some issues she was having before this last fight. Lot of people thought she was on drugs, or drunk or something. The new bf she has is probably the root cause.
