I thought that was Albasha's on Corporate, but may have been a problem with their Point-of-Sale system being compromised?
ETA: Maybe it was Roman's...I remember a few years ago several restaurants in town were hit with this kind of scam.

Nah, owner had a dickish attitude when you walked in.
I could go to Serops Express which is miles away and order enough food for three meals for a family of four. This dude would charge the same amount for one meal for a family of four.

Blame it on the POS system malfunctioning, hahahaha. Those type of restaurants always have something scheming in the works. Most operate as fronts.
