That's Kent Lowe, LSU Media guy. He's a bit of a legend within the LSU Athletics staff and local press corps
I have a cutout of his head hanging in my office from a LSU Basketball game. I believe it was his birthday and LSU handed them out as a free throw distractor

i am an avid Golf fan but only started playing ummmmm almost 30 yrs ago in college and still cant shoot under 80 and 90 on most days. i though he was a pretentious one at first with all the accolades coming out of college, but damn, i like this kid alot now, good with kids, great game some big wins and strong finishes....he deserves her!
