Did you just ask for my entire account to be deleted?
Ohhhhhhhh. It's a custody battle thing. Yet. You still post.
You're dumb.

Mother fricker! I was getting half of their bonus added salary working 90hrs a week in a specialized field with a degree. No benefits either
Unless you were a graduate student, you were doing it wrong.

My account, yes.
I've been ignored for weeks. I asked a few weeks ago and all of my posts were deleted.
I'll post as I wish until my account is deleted or I'm forced to go the account suicide route, bite me.
Just quit posting. It isn't that hard.

I made 65-70K working outside of Yosemite one year when I was younger. It is not as unlikely as you think.

Hell yeah it's terrible. I'm over here taking home pennies compared to that, and I'm doing something with my education.
If I went back to service industry in a legit place, I'd far surpass what I make now.

If you are a fairly attractive woman, you would have no problems clearing 100k at a busy enough bar/club as a bartender.

Waiter/waitress... different tip scenarios. That's what I was getting at. :)
That is more pronounced behind a bar than it is waiting tables. I made the highest tips anywhere I went - and it certainly wasn't because of my looks.

Admins, I enjoy this forum and the discussion but please delete my username and post history.
You had your post history deleted, which is impressive and not often done. The number of accounts completely deleted can be counted on one hand that was involved in a woodshop accident.
Just giving you a heads up.
You have a better chance of getting a name change with a private email explaining why you need it.

Misread, thought you had it deleted.
Direct contact to admins, but I am not sure they do much to to get in the way of legal issues.

Don't be so negative bud, this seems so unlike you.
I'm not being negative. I'm positive that you're an idiot.
Go create an alter and start posting under that so your wife and her lawyer won't see your posts, then email chicken and ask him to delete your post history and explain the situation.
If you actually give a shite about the custody battle and you can't get it deleted , you only have 3000 posts, take a couple hours on the weekend and go through them all and delete them. This isn't rocket science.

assume typical wait staff salaries (or overall pay including tips) are between $25k and $35k normally, right? I'm not talking about commanders palace, just normal restaurants.
A good waitress at the chimes working full time can make 55k a year fairly easily.

I hate when I skip to the last page and a different conversation is going on
I'm sure his ex already has everything she needs from his post history.
This is a good plan for restaurants, or any business. There's no good argument against profit sharing.

I'm sure they all get a real live Unicorn as a Christmas gift from the boss too.
Frank's Restaurant, a few years ago, laid off several, if not dozens, of employees and cut the remaining hours of the rest to get below the thresholds at which they would be required to provide healthcare under the ACA.
I believe most restaurant owners fall under the latter category.

I would be willing to bet that 90% of restaurants can't afford to pay theri empoloyees $35K base salary and upto $51K after benefits. Tipping has gotten out of hand though and I wouldn't care if you paid wait staff min wage or above or kept it based on tips that is the employer's decision not mine, yours, or anybody other than the owner of the restaurant.

Servers in Europe make a living wage and tipping is kept low anything over a pound/euro or two is considered showing off.

When you have bad service, you just don’t go back. So in reality, tipping hides how people actually feel.
This is the only part I don't get. How does the new system uncover how people actually feel?
They come one time, pay the higher price, and then don't come back if they had a bad experience.
