My in-laws are stuck at the Walgreens on Range and Vincent road in a car. They need to be rescued. Can anyone help get them to a shelter?

ETA: Or know of a way to contact the rescue crews to get to them. I have them on the rescue list on the hotline.

Call 911, they're doing all the dispatching for rescue crews.

The river is peaking so the water shouldn't get any higher, so I wouldn't worry about that.

Man I called them and they asked the make of the vehicle. Didn't take me long to get through. Keep calling and they will get someone out there. Praying for your family.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Apparently there are about 100 people out there with police and fire crews. Rescue boats are coming in and out but it will take some time to get on one. Hopefully they get to a safe place soon. When they originally called it sounded like they were stranded by themselves.

I truly appreciate the concern and help. My wife is a wreck right now.

Does anyone know the best place to launch a boat to get to that general area? FIL made it to a church on Lockhart Rd. He said its standing room only and that was around 6pm. He said the water was too deep for military vehicles. I will have a small flat boat with a 9.9 outboard.
