Staying in Reno in February. Which hotel is good for a group of guys to gamble, drink, and party at.
Looking at Atlantis but it's not downtown. Don't know how important this is but just curious. Any help is appreciated.

I stayed at the Grand Sierra Resort for six months while I was out there. They are all good places and it really isn't a big deal to be in downtown.

The ones right downtown are a bit junky IMO, but I think Silver Legacy is OK. Something got renovated in the last few years, I think the Siena, and is pretty nice now. Atlantis and Peppermill are not bad, but on their own from downtown. I believe the Grand Sierra is a little nicer than those.

Atlantis and peppermill are nicest, I usually stay at the nugget. Most downtown hotels are all connected so it's like one big casino, but rooms I heard aren't as nice. Tuscany tower rooms at peppermill are vegas quality

You're staying in Reno on purpose?
That place is a shithole.

Atlantis and Peppermill are very nice but out a bit. If you want to be in the thick of things, stay at Silver Legacy.

Wherever you stay, make sure that you check under the bed and inside the closet with the bellhop BEFORE you take the room.
I shot a man in Reno just to watch him die and I had to do something with the body...

I also stayed at the grand sierra resort last spring. Pretty nice place. Gambled, bet on the ncca bassketball tourney and watched the games, and all that jazz.
