USA Today did a piece on his brother in law and wife, who after a year after the accident came back to New Orleans to compete in the race Frank was supposed to.

Their story and recovery is part of the reason I got off my arse and started training for a sprint tri that's at the end of the month.

I think they got hit on Friday and the race was on Sunday. I remember I heard about it when I was picking up my packet, and I always do that on Friday.
