Serious question. I’m looking for attorney who can represent Louisiana employees who want religious, philosophical or medical exemptions to the vaccine mandate. Side note….chicken needs a board for just Covid.

Are you Catholic? The Vatican requires vaccination for entry and the Pope is actively encouraging everyone to get vaccinated.

And, if fired, identify as employed. They'll be forced to pay you.

You have to knock on 100 of your neighbors doors first. Also, do you believe in Halloween?

The following denominations do have a theological objection to vaccination: Dutch Reformed Congregations - This denomination has a tradition of declining immunizations. Some members decline vaccination on the basis that it interferes with divine providence. However, others within the faith accept immunization as a gift from God to be used with gratitude. Faith healing denominations including: Faith Tabernacle Church of the First Born Faith Assembly End Time Ministrie Church of Christ, Scientist - One of the basic teachings of this denomination is that disease can be cured or prevented by focused prayer and members will often request exemptions when available. However, there are not strict rules against vaccination and members can receive required vaccinations.

What's your end game? Indefinite leave without pay is a totally legal accommodation once your exemption is granted. Do you want to stay home forever?

The vaccines were not possible without aborted fetuses.

So if your religion is against abortion, there is your exemption.

I know a couple in Oklahoma that applied for religious exemptions with their employers and one was granted and the other pending. She works for a company based in California she wrote a letter and was granted an exemption in 3 days no questions asked, he works for a company based in Boston and is still waiting after HR calling him asking the name of his church, name of pastor and how long he’d been a parishioner and if he was aware the Pope was pro vaccination.

Its funny I dont see the ask the pope clause or "where do you attend church" qualifications in the Bill of Rights.

Can you point those out?

His company doesn't no shite about the legal aspect of a religious exemption. Don't need to have any of that for one.
