Actually it is against the law to be a bad driver.

No, it's not. Being a bad driver is possible without breaking the law.

A bad driver is someone that doesn't obey the laws for a multitude of reasons such as tailgating, illegal lane changes, speeding, texting and driving, etc.

I'm not getting into a debate about driving.

My point was just because what you're doing isn't illegal doesn't mean the consequences won't cause harm and wind up getting you in trouble with the law.

Probably not, but that depends on whether or not you consider not getting caught and/or ticketed still breaking the law.

I disagree so give me an example of how you can be a bad driver and not break the law

This chick was charged with involuntary manslaughter for encouraging her boyfriend to kill himself. The question is, is it justified?

Do you have any idea how many posters' mothers I've claimed to had sex with? I have had sex with MAYBE a third of that many of their mothers.

But if some psycho went and killed his mom for being a whore and banging a guy on the internet, I wouldn't lose sleep over it. I made a dumb joke, he killed someone.

amazes me how ready people are to allow the Government to write new laws to consistently take away our freedoms yet they don't understand that the repercussions of such laws could be far reaching and actually affect more innocent people than criminals.

good point. Giving the govt more power and sacrificing ones rights will not necessarily make you safer

That was is a little different than anonymous strangers on the internet not knowing if someone is serious or not. She knew him personally and consistently pressured him to do it. People on the internet have no idea who is behind the keyboard and what their intentions are. Especially a site like 4Chan that has people post shite like that everyday.

I hope you understood that I didn't say they needed charges pressed, I simply said they have no conscience so that's the only way for them to have repercussions because they clearly wouldn't lose any sleep over it. It would be a tangible penalty, where them having to "live with it" probably wouldn't be, that's all I am saying.

He said he was going to kill people the next day and message board posters encouraged him to do it.

This is commonplace on /b/. It mostly relates to people who claim they're going to commit suicide, or "an hero." The posters mostly react the same to each thread because it literally comes up a few times a day, so I don't think the posters who reacted to the alleged shooter's post really had an influence on him.

Basically, it's the same thing as this:

Lots of ways

Being unaware of your surroundings is one. Yeah you can drive the speed limit, use your turn signal, stay in your lane, stop all the way at stop signs. But you have to watch out for the other drivers too.. It won't be your fault if you get in a wreck, but you certainly want to avoid those situations.

Aren't you the guy who made a thread yesterday about your retarded lawn guy?

(I did think the comment from someone about hoping the lawn guy raped your wife and killed your kids was a little much. I was just going to wish you luck with any future pregnancies)
