Of course vampires exist. They comprise one of the world's largest religions. Their leader, the head vampire, is also known as Christ. His followers drink his blood every Sunday.

Maybe they're anemic. They really should try doing it IV though, I'd imagine going through the digestive system isn't the most efficient method.
