Can you guys help me figure this out. I was looking in my e-mail and saw a sent e-mail in my sent folder addressed to to@zqlrbqcsb. I never sent this. I'm thinking my e-mail/phone is hacked or something but I figured you guys might know. It was in my in-box which is how I found it but it is in both my inbox and sent mail.

How do I get rid of it as that is probably correct? It's an iPhone so I figured that wouldn't happen.

What did the email say?

If it's about meeting in a public park after dark then one of two things us happening:

1. Your wife is cheating on you, or
2. You're a schizo and your Tyler Durden is gay.

I had this happen to me once before...I can't remember exactly what it was, but I think it was some malware.

if you post this on the tech board, you may get some better answers...

Best thing to do is set up a contact with an email address of abc@aaa.com. If a bot has taken over your computer, you will have a notification of a failure to send.

At that point you will need to move, change your identity, and possibly have a sex change.

Good luck

I could help without even the IP, but it might help to include it

iPhones get hacked/infected too.

Sounds like your email account was hacked. Some hackers will use software to try and crack people's email passwords to send out spam via your email address (to gain access to your address book so that your friends will think that it was you who sent them an email). The email sent to to@zqlrbqcsb might have been some sort of test email.

Passwords that are simple (like abc123 or tiger321) are more likely to get hacked. Changing your email address password to something more difficult (capital and lower case letters, special characters $&@) will fix the problem and protect you from getting hacked in the future.

A butt email/accidental email is also a possibility.
