Radio commercial singers?

Where do these guys come from? Who sang the "Oowwww!!!" at the end of the O'Reilly's commercial? Where do they dream up complex masterpieces like the "Auto Yes" jingle? And who is to blame for "Relieeef Windooows"?

I have done some jingle recording. Basically the company puts into a database that they're interested and you crank out 1000 jingles and a few of them get picked up. It's easy money.
