That wouldn't even cover my insurance I pay every month, much less the house note.

I've got some, not as much as others. I'm only paying $250/month on them

$200/week?!? Are you working in the Lowes parking lot every day? That number is like half of minimum wage.

Screw what everybody around you says. It's your life. Follow what you are most passionate about. (I applaud you for doing that.) Believe me. It will get you laid a lot easier, than if you were trolling through life miserable, as a slave to money and life's daily mundane hassles.

I would bartend or wait tables a couple of nights a week. If you can do that on the weekends you can easily double your weekly income.

Why? No one knows specifically what he's doing.

My guess is a part time gig paying $7-$10 and hour.

Congrats to you...more people should have the courage you do to chase their dreams.

I've been considering doing the same thing, but fortunately the wife makes a ton of money

Just so we are clear. If you work 40 hours this week you make $5.00 an hour.

Are you a priest/monk living off of my weekly donations to the church?

I am actually kind of jealous.

Think about it for a second. If he makes it work, he will be living off of an amount of money that anyone could easily earn. It's financial freedom, a strange form of it, but financial freedom nonetheless.
