Quit job and got a new one in the same day

I was working as a maintenance technician. My supervisor comes up and starts bitching as soon as he sees me. I take it, think about it and say the hell with this. Went to my hiring manager and told him there is not structure here, no training and my guy was talking shite all the time.
I left and stopped off at a flooring company I applied at before to do a follow up. Owner was there so we went on a measure and I start tomorrow.
I'll now be in salary 45,000 a year with a company vehicle. Don't be unhappy with your job and know your worth.

True but he wasn't bitching about my performance. I kick arse at work. I got pulled off a list he gave me got the weekend because of black Friday and he didn't know. He wanted to be a dick about it and the rest of the day.
