Apparently, I recently developed TMJ and my jaw popped like a MO-FO earlier while I was eating a steak (ok, sucking a cock) and I still have a headache 4 Advil and 6 hours later.

Does this shite always hurt like this? This long?

How old are you? Not ball busting, but curious. I had it around 10, but managed to get over it.

It might depend on the size of said cock. Just a guess I have no clue

I have it now. I have never sought medical care for it, though. Sometimes it hurts particularly yawning. I had it lock up twice before during deep yawns.

I developed TMJ tonight because people kept giving me free things. Jaw is sore and teeth are grinded.

Cool thing about it is that I got to have an intimate understanding of everything that New Orleans has to offer from all of the people that assisted my TMJ

Do I look like someone that wants TMJ?

It is similar to twisting your ankle. You've got to rest it like any other joint injury. I treat them all the time. Limit your opening (stifle yawns etc.) very soft diet for several days, moist heat compresses and NSAIDs. Also go to the pharmacy and get an over the counter night guard to keep you from grinding your teeth while sleeping and wear it every night. Should see a big improvement in 3-4 days then slowly get better. If not see your dentist right away.

Go see a TMJ specialist if it continues. A splint could change your life.

I had a gf who was eely good at the oral sects.

Perhaps you can get some surgery to be more eel-like?

"Dry needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points, muscular, and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments."

It does in fact use acupuncture needles but the concept behind it is different.

I had a TMJ episode a couple years ago. It didn't last too long, thankfully, and hasn't been back since.

Thanks for the info.

Are you a dentist (seems obvious) or Holiday Inn Express loyalty member?

my ex had TMJ pretty bad. Only ever really noticed it when my dong was in her mouth and it sounded like fireworks going off.

Magnesium, especially Natural Calm, works wonderfully. I used to wake up in agony. My clenching and grinding have gone from about 28 days a month to about 2.
