If he didn't have a gun, they would've beat his arse instead & repeated "stop resisting"

When you hear them say "GUN, GUN!" in that scared tone of surprise, you realized the difference the night the footage came out. All additional evidence is welcome

I've heard from a few different people that the pistol went off in his right pocket. At the very least that puts a bullet hole in the pocket and a shitload of residue on his right hand. Pretty hard to fake that with so many witnesses.

Understand that it has NEVER been about "equal" rights. It's about "special" rights.

I'm not debating, but why exactly would they wait to just release this information. The big uproar was that Alton Sterling was unarmed. For them to finally release this info now almost seems kind of fishy

I don't see how him having a gun would be such a small rumor. I don't think they could keep it quiet if he did.

I highly doubt he had a gun. Some CVS is going to burn Tuesday

It has already been confirmed that Sterling HAD A GUN. The additional second video shows the officers removing a gun from his pocket. Also, according to the store owner himself (a pro-Sterling dude), the officers retrieved a firearm from Sterling's pocket. He did have a gun. The issue is whether he went for the gun (which is what the officers yelled) and whether he shot it

Are you saying these are the two unresolved issues or are you saying that the latter has specific bearing? Is the fact that he reached for a gun not enough in and of itself?

I do not know the whole facts.

I do know there is a percentage of felons that will try to commit suicide when put in his situation.
if they are surrounded by the police and they have a weapon on them they feel it is over with for them.
The percentage of felons that do this do not want to go back to prison.

They will believe the cops shot him with a .38 they planted on him. I've already seen that theory from his knights and knightees. So much energy spent attempting in vain to defend a thug career criminal.

ETA: the bigger issue is our new mayor that is one decent hair-do away from being exactly the same as C. Denise forcing our LEO officers to stand down. SO glad Sid doesn't report to her, since I'm sure Governor Turtle will be restraining the LSP as well. The Mayor and the Guv have to pander to their core voters.

This is the only place I've heard about it going off.

I have heard it from multiple sources that it went off. The variation is he shot himself in the leg, but I have consistently heard that his weapon was fired during the struggle. To me its all hearsay but it is consistent.

The store surveillance video shows the cop who shot AS reaching into AS's pocket after the shooting with an empty hand then pulling out a small revolver.

Don't know if AS got a shot off or not, impossible to determine from the video.

Whenever the announcement is made I hope the investigators show how they arrived at their decision, step by step, with all evidence clearly shown and explained.
