No spoilers past episode 4 please.

I'm starting this thread to ask Lawyers/other LEOs this question:

Assume you are working this case today -Once it was proven that Avery's blood vial was clearly tampered with and the confession was thrown out: shouldn't the entire prosecution/case be dismissed right then and there?

This show has done more to spread an anti-government mentality than anything I can remember (which I think was not NetFlix's intention at all)

Keep watching and you'll see what happens with that aspect of the case. Saying anything might reveal too much.

the show's intention was absolutely without a doubt to show how crooked pigs and prosecutors are. I'm glad everyone is talking about it.

Police hate does not equal big government hate. See Ferguson liberals

It was not proven. That is a good example of the impression the film makers were trying to make on the audience. You fill those tubes with a needle. LabCorp was right that the do not poke holes in the cap to empty them but they didn't fill them. That hole in the cap was how the vial was filled. The film makers never mention that.

You're basically saying don't spoil anything, but spoil it.

I wish you would quit posting about this case because you refuse to acknowledge all of your invalid posts and continue to post flat out lies.

I don't think that was their intent. I think the intent was to get people thinking about the criminal justice system in general. The documentary obviously had other affects. I can't answer your other question because I am no lawyer or Leo.

Multiple posters have responded to your bs and you blatantly ignore it which leads me to believe you're trolling.

The box the vile was in also wasn't sealed properly. Even if your argument was correct there were more issues than just the hole.
