What's the difference between the European and Asian side?

Besides sideways Asian pussies of course.

Istanbul was Constantinople
Now it's Istanbul, not Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Now it's Turkish delight on a moonlit night
Every gal in Constantinople Lives in Istanbul,
not Constantinople
So if you've a date in Constantinople
She'll be waiting in Istanbul

Even old New York was once New Amsterdam
Why they changed it I can't say
People just liked it better that way

So take me back to Constantinople
No, you can't go back to Constantinople
Been a long time gone, Constantinople
Why did Constantinople get the works?
That's nobody's business but the Turks

Istanbul, Istanbul
Istanbul, Istanbul

Even old New York was once New Amsterdam
Why they changed it I can't say
People just liked it better that way

European side is where all the tourist attractions are- blue mosque, hagia Sofia, blue mosque, grand bazaar, the palace.

Yep, Europe side is where all the tourist stuff is. Both the historic old town and then across the Golden horn to the new town are on the Europe side. I'm sure there's cool stuff on the Asia side too, but I never made it over there.

Fascinating city though. Loved my visit there.

Yeah Istanbul is probably my favorite city I've visited outside the U.S. It's a really great place, it's European but with enough middle eastern culture to add an exotic, yet schisty element.

The bombs count down counter clockwise on the Asian side.

I always thought it cool that Istanbul has two Blue Mosques
