I ran with them several several times. Moved back out of the CBD so haven't in a while.

I have ran in its many times. It's a nice way to get some exercise, drink and meet whores.

2009-2012 Happy's was great. They often had food after the runs and 2 for 1 beers. Now you get a large beer at regular price. They offer food every now and again. It's still a good way to meet people.
Seems like randomly a group of people will be drinking during the run. They take shots or chug beers every miles. If you're lucky they will offer you a drink as you run.

Go online to Happy's running club website. That's how I did it. $35 for the year. Get a shirt from Varsity....
By the way after the run on Tues of this week,they had 2 for 1 drinks at the bar in back. Had live music. We'll see how it continues week after week.

People that competitively exercise love to let people know that they drink LOTS OF BEER, especially after they run. Not sure why, but it's something I've noticed. It's like, yeah, we're in good shape and exercise, but we also like to drink beer too because we're not total nerds. Cool I guess.

I watch the runners from my front porch while drinking a beer. It's so much more relaxing than taking part.
But you guys suck when I'm trying to leave in the car and the street in front the driveway is a clusterfrick of joggers.

walt would never join a running club, last time I saw him run some chick smoked him in a race. He made about 10 paces before having to stop for a cig.
