For a regular job, sure.
For med school? Nah.
You'll won't really be making money for a decade (or longer) and you'll be a hundred grand plus in debt anyway.
I would be more concerned about the threat of burn out.
Especially given that he has yet to take a single college class and doesn't know how he will rebound the first time he gets his intellectual teeth kicked in.

Graduating college early is not a smart thing to do.
