MOSCOW—Russian officials on Tuesday said again that they were ready to talk about coordinating efforts to stabilize the oil market with the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, but stopped short of saying they would cut production.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov raised the stakes of such coordination to a diplomatic level, saying at a news conference after a meeting in Abu Dhabi with the emirate’s crown prince that Russia would meet with OPEC.

I look forward to the entire global house of cards economic casino to collapse soon. Let the social chaos ensue. Weed out a large number of the world population. And then maybe the human race can create a new economic system that works for the many instead of the few and that is not manipulated by .001% of the world population at the top of the food chain.

Meanwhile BP is cutting 7,000 jobs and posted $5 billion dollar loss.

With a lite common sense and some work ethic, this economy works pretty well for most people

If your plan to improve things has to have the collapse of the world to work then you have a shite plan.
