Louisiana guard accused of raping inmate after telling him, 'I got you now'

Michael Gaiter, 58, was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of aggravated rape and malfeasance in office Wednesday, WBRZ-TV reported. It was unknown if he has an attorney.
A 30-year-old inmate was transported to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge due to seizures May 4, investigators said. A prison report said the inmate received his initial treatment, then taken to an upstairs room by Gaiter and another prison guard.
When the other guard left, investigators said, Gaiter unshackled the inmate to allow him to use the bathroom. When the inmate came back, the inmate said, Gaiter was sitting in a chair with his gun drawn, WBRZ said.
Gaiter then said "I got you now" and "pull it out and give it to me," according to the report.
After raping him and then returning him to his shackles, Gaiter showed the inmate pictures of his family, investigators said. Ultimately, the inmate said, he fell asleep. When he awoke, he reported the alleged incident to a new guard on duty

You have to be careful with these. Inmates like to make up or exaggerate stories to get guards in trouble. All the guard probably did was suck his dick.
