Kidnapping of that nature should be automatic death penalty.
I disagree. More incentive to kill the victim.

The judge should be in the hook with his own life for any crime a POS like this commits. The judge failed our society.
I agree 100%. It's an abomination that simple drug offenders are in prison longer than kidnappers.

What?

WHAT!!??
I don't understand what I'm reading. Someone else knew about this?
Eta if my math is correct he's been at it since his 1993 release?!
Was this therapist part of the parole hearing?

Sounds a lot like Brandon Scott Lavigne's MO.

My wife is a basically a therapist and from what I understand everything stays confidential unless there is a direct threat of violence or harm towards a person or themselves. I may be wrong.

Eh I don't want to derail the thread, so I'll leave this shiny hook alone.

Maybe the BLM folks can overlook the lightness of his skin and offer him a full-time job.

Well.....this seems to fit that bill and more.
I'm like the other poster above, that quote is confusing.

If he doesn't say a name or in any way identify people he plans on harming or has harmed in the past, then it is not a direct threat.
Sucks, but that is the way it is.

Well sure he may have hurt someone but did he intend to?
That's the new standard, right?

Yeah does that mean he was ok since he only told her each time AFTER it had happened?
Really makes no sense.

The judge should be held accountable, too.

court-ordered therapist has ZERO votes when this fricker was up for parole?
he/she wouldn't have to betray a confidence but could vote NO on release and the others might decide maybe its not a good idea to release someone who RAN INTO A WOMAN ON A BIKE AND DRUG HER INTO HIS CAB AND TRIED TO HANDCUFF HER
Posted on 7/29/16 at 12:56 pm to CAD703X
Therapists can also be subpoenaed for court cases FYI

His plan to bury his next victim was not a threat of harm?

nor after being convicted of the ONE crime where the victim got away apparently the "learn from each abduction" raised any flags with therapist.
fricked up.

Article also says that he had fresh bruises all over his arms and lower legs, just like BSL did. Poor girl fought for her life, just like Mickey(sp?)Schunick.
