Probability gurus-what are the odds no one wins the powerball Saturday?

If no one wins, the prize will go over 1 billion. This would be awesome, but with so many people playing, it seems unlikely. What are the odds no one wins? state your assumptions (amount of tickets sold, ammount of equal matching tickets, etc)

If the numbers are birthday numbers like 1-31 then someone wins. The more numbers above that then the chances of it rolling over increase.
