No termite issues but our house is due for the retreatment where they drill holes and pour the chemicals in and then cap the hole (done every 10 years or so)

We're being quoted about $2800 but she'll "give it to us at her cost" since we've been such great customers for $1600.

Anyone recently have this done? Lafayette area.

Had mine done in Covington a year or so ago. Are they including extra Sentricon bait traps in the yard? That raised the price way up for me and I had a friend who used to be in the biz tell me not to do it so I didn't. I think I paid around the $1600 number and my house is 5600 UB. I had to have a bunch of new holes drilled around the pool deck as well.

She didn't tell me that BUT my house is 2400 sq .. not sure what that UB in your post is. I'm shocked. I was busy when the guys came to estimate the job and then it started raining so I didn't see where they'll be doing this BUT htey're coming back Friday to answer my questions.

There is a company is Crowley who will do business in Lafayette. It's not J&J. We went through the same issue and got quoted unreal numbers. They did it for around $600. Sorry that I don't remember the name off hand.

Whatever you need to do to keep them out. If they are bad in your area, do whatever it takes to keep them out. A friend in Belle Chasse is fighting them for the second time already in a 6 year old or so house.

I use Arrow in BR and it's around $500 for our 5 year retreatment.

I have my records on file at home. When I get there, I'll look and see if I still have it.

Was just curious as that's who we used at our old house. Owners we bought from used them and we just kept using them.

Thanks.
