Prescription sun glasses help

I dont know if this the correct board or not but does anyone know if i can take my Maui Jim frames and have have prescription lenses put in them?

Yes, just google it and Dr.s offices who are Maui Jom dealers will come up

Yes, I have prescrption Maui's, not cheap but very good quality

I have Rx Costas and I love them. It took about a week to make them and they are very costly

Yes you can. If you are near Baton Rouge go see Eric at Southern Eye Center and he will fix you up.

When I got mine a few years ago, the biggest issue is the shape of the lens. A more curved/wraparound style may not be able to be obtained in a prescription.

I have owned several Maui Jim's over the years and they can even do wrap arounds in prescription lenses.

Love my Maui Jim presciptuon sunglasses. $500....but since it is presciption its FSA eligible. I had FSA money to use up for the year or I lost it.
