I'll also add it's mostly in line with what you're saying though statistically blacks kill whites proportionately more than vice versa. And nothing about crime among blacks is "normal" for the population percentage though that's an are where they're "normal" but still out of line with everyone else.

I read them, go look at the violent crime report. It's a great read. They're disproportionate across the board, and they manage to even slightly skew the overall stats for intra racial crime, which is an almost universal law.
I'm not vilifying black people, but at the same time I'm not going to lie to myself or think it's ok by even giving them one ounce of slack. The crime statistics are so disgusting. And yes, it indicates a huge problem with black people
You're right, the rates are lowering. They're at 19 per 100,000 while everyone else is at 3. 6 times more often they commit violent crimes. SIX. and because crime is intra racial, this puts victim rates in the same range. It's pretty sick
But let's protest a poop swastika and alleged n bomb both of which are entirely possible to be done/said by black people. That's how you know they're doomed. It's 2015 and their crime stats reflect murder rates for Americans in the 19th century
