The FB post is fake, but to answer your question the current maximum that a three person HH could get per month in Food Stamps in $511.

That is federal limit for majority of the country for that size household.

The maximum allotment does increase with every house hold member.

However, the maximum benefit is based on zero income. The benefit is factored in by taking a persons income, household size, deductions for shelter cost and dependent care....

The portion about the family assistance, in most Southern States for sure, is wrong.

TANF for a family of three is $215 per month.

There is a 60 month aggregate lifetime limit - five years worth.

To qualify for TANF a person must have ZERO income. They must also comply with child support services which knocks many off the roll.

The primary benefit of TANF is the services it provides like job placement and training, help with day care, Child support services and so forth.
