You talk about a creepy looking bastard. This is a leaf footed bug. It is a pest that eats garden plants and such.

And some of my favorite bugs to have around are robber flies. They catch a lot of flies.

I didn't mind the preying mantises until they started eating the dragonflies and butterflies...now they can diaf

if they ate mosquitoes and black flies, i'd throw them a parade...but they don't, dragonflies do...

Leaf cutter ants are pretty cool.We used to have a huge colony on our property,they would strip all the leaves off bunches of beauty berry bushes.

We still have the beauty berries but no ants.
