Doesn't there need to be someone else involved for it to be a race?
Maybe he was wearing a dress, make-up, and heels?

He was racing against the long arm of the law.

In 2011 I was out at a bar with some people and we were leaving for the night. One guy was trashed but assured everyone he could drive better drunk than sober and so he had 2 passengers with him. He crashed that night, killed himself and one of his passengers. Good call retard

Maybe this was one of those situations like Dave Chapelle talks about with his white friend Chip. You know, where the other guy didn't even know they were racing? Except this time, Chip was drunk.

Some kid 2 years removed from Parkview died last month drag racing on Airline. Going that fast on surface streets is the epitome of idiocy.

frick this sorry piece of shite. I'll give anyone a pass on their first DUI. After that, no sympathy. fricker deserves 10 years for this.
Parole a bunch of inmates who are serving time for weed violations and put this cocksucker in their cell.
Looks like a huge dick bag anyway.

Why would anyone say one word to a police officer in this scenario. Just keep your damn mouth shut other than "I want an attorney."

0.00 bond? Who does he know?

Had to be a lot more than that to get a .177 unless he chugged them in quick succession
My thoughts exactly. Six beers would be around a .1 or so for most men. Still illegal but not 100 mph down Burbank in front of a cop drunk.

The speeding charge won't hold up absent a radar reading. The Deputy admits the guy jumped out ahead of him and he had to drive 106 to catch up. Doesn't mean the guy was going 100+. The only way to write a ticket in that situation is to "pace" the other car which means matching their speed over a distance. You can't pace by catching up. Unless he did this after catching him which the story doesn't seem to support.

He wasn't going over100. Silverado are governed at 98. Unless he reprogrammed it.
