Police Officer Beats Handcuffed Woman as Cops Watch Brutality (+ added bonus)

Woman in cuffs kicks at him. Instead of just backing up, he goes postal on here. Did she deserve it? Probably. Does she deserve an additional charge of assault? Definitely. Was it the cops job to dole out the arse beating? Nope. ANd apparently the PD agrees. Other officers did not flinch.

Well, for completeness, she approaches them, handcuffed, and obviously disregards a direction to stand somewhere/stop, etc. He enforces that and pushes her back up against a wall. He releases her, then she kicks at him - twice. You could tell she had a pretty pleased look on her face, although she made little to no contact with either kick (or so it appears).
THEN, he tunes her up a little bit. I don't think it was particularly brutal, although she was cuffed, and it wasn't a love tap, either.

I agree. He should have maintained his composure. It cost him his job. But, it's not like he gave her an old fashioned, country arse-whipping. A couple of shots.
More importantly, she wasn't seriously injured and everyone should be thankful for that.
