Well depending what kind of surgeon, then maybe yes. Remember, I'm in the circle, but not IN the circle.

Well I know but you're close enough.
You gonna be around this week?

You're using the wrong plumber, they came last week and changed the stopper for the bath drain and charged me $75. Took him 5 minutes though

Should be. Wanna make the show. Have a thing at Commander's on Thursday and and a possible thing at Brennan's on Friday.

Exactly. Fishing a hat out of a line and removing the toilet to do so would be $300 or not far from it.
ETA: Plumbers make bank.

I thought for sure changing those stems would stop the faucet drip.
My shower/tub is pretty old. The mainfold had to be replaced. After removing the stems, you could look into the seat and see that it had worn a groove into the face that the stem seals to. No amount of new stems or tightening where going to stop it. Had to bust the wall, cut and resolder a new manifold.
Good luck!

It's your seat and 99% of the time it will be the hot water side. If it leaks at the spout it's the seat and washer… if it leaks around the knob it's your stem

If the h2o is off, changing the seat is not a big deal.
You just need a big Allen wrench that you stick in the hole the stem came out of and make connection with he seat.
Then back out the old seat and go to the plumbing store. Get the right replacement and insert the new seat and re-install the stem
You will be 100% after that.

Sounds like a crack in the the valve body housing, probably from a freeze. Contact manufacture.
