What remedies have you Found that fixes this shite. I’ve got insets from new balance and have been doing stretches and exercises the chiro recommended, but it just won’t knock it out. What have y’all tried that works/didn’t work?

Stretches, and a shot in your heel.
I will say that getting a shot in your heel (I've had it done twice) is one of the most painful experiences I have ever had.
Even worse than feeling the doctor cut my nutsack open when getting a vasectomy.

Frozen golf ball on the floor. Roll around on bottom of foot.

Did you get the cortisone shot in the heel? That helped knock out the pain for me while the Superfeet Green insoles and foot stretcher did their work. Both were recommended by my Podiatrist.
Its been a couple of years and I've gone away from the insoles and every time I feel the pain coming, I use the foot stretcher in the morning after I put my shoes on and before I go to bed...knocks the pain out for several days.

No lie...felt like lightning was shooting around in my foot.

Been doing that along with lacrosse ball. Only offers temporary relief

No but I’ve been doing weekly dry needling in the heel. Shot is my next option.

Strassburg sock at night and get fitted for a proper running shoe. These two things saved me.

Go to a yoga class it’ll change your life.
If you won’t go to a class (which I understand) do the stretches from a YouTube video. If you do it consistently, your entire body will thank you

Time seems to be the only thing that fixes this. Use roller massages on your foot right when you wake up - before you put weight on them. Put them right next to your bed on the floor and roll your foot over them before you stand up.

Doing that when you're about to get into bed helps.
Also, grabbing a blanket or sheets with your toes. You can also wear a PF foot brace when you sleep.

Yes, I remember the first time the doctor downplayed how painful it would be. As I was going through it, he said it was almost over. After it was done, I commented about how painful it was, and he said, "yes, it hurts like hell."
I guess he knew if he told me the truth I might back out. He would have been right.

Really really good orthotics. Had a hell spur, plantar fasciitis, etc and the only thing that helped was custom orthotics with an aggressive arch. Unfortunately my current insurance will only cover that if you’re diabetic
