Planning a girls weekend for the wife

I am planning a girls weekend in the north GA mountains for my wife's birthday. We have 2 kids 2 & under and her friend has a 1 year old so it will be a nice weekend break for them.
I'm trying to plan it with her husbands friend. The friend would have to fly down to GA from CT. I'm offering to pay for the cabin rental, transportation, food, and spa treatments. Is it unreasonable for me to ask the friend to pay for their own flight? The flight is under $250 right now. I don't think I'm being cheap since I'm dropping $500 on everything else.
Should I have to pay for the flight as well?
1st person who asks for pics, if they send their e-mail, I will give you pics.

You should send them to New Orleans. It's a great time to visit the city
and to answer your question, as long as you gave her friends plenty of notice it is not unreasonable to expect they pay their own airfare
