75 mph is a category 1 hurricane, I think they meant 75 kph.

Not a lot of places you can land a 777 with international customs (I'm assuming this thing was in the U.S.)
The worse wind I ever landed in the embraer when I flew for united express was 40 knots in Newark. Got a wind shear warning did a go-around, came back and landed easily the second time.
The worse ever wind I've flown in was in April in the King Air. Wind was 40 knots gusting 50, didn't have a lot of fuel to play around with and there was weather all around us so the only option was to put her down the best I could.
