Phone service issues today -ATT

I understand a few people in the Covington area had some crazy phone issues today. My phone wouldn't recognize my wi-if. A few other people in the area noticed it as well. Was this isolated to just this area? For me is was about 1pm or so when I noticed. I know, I know...the gubmint, the Russians, or HRC.
