He's saying that the water supply has been disrupted at Perkins Rowe as well as across Bluebonnet at Matherne's.

And that businesses have bought all the bottled water from Matherne's to get by for now.

I joked about Saban b/c his old connections/controversy to the water plant on site at Perkins Rowe. Link to Saban "link"

Terry is listed as the owner, Nick has nothing to do with it.

The way they tried to use that plant to hold new projects for ransom, I seriously wouldn't put it past them. Last time they had an offer (which was fair market value) they countered for double.

The threat of shutting water off was real for a while there. But I didn't know they still any real control of that plant.

Saban for real then.

Not to get factual while we are slamming Nick Satan but he was just one investor. The mastermind behind the whole chilled water plant hostage taking was the developer - Tommy Spinosa.

He actually planned the whole thing from the beginning. He set the water plant up next door on a separate piece of property owned by an entirely different corporation. Sure the lots and parking touched and sure it looked just like the other buildings but why mention that it wasn't part of the deal when selling Perkins Rowe? Gee.
