People Who Talks About Something & Do Not Have the Facts

You ever talked to someone about something and they start talking about why they like or dislike something and the reasons they give... You have no idea where they get their information from?
I have a BIL who gets worked up about politics real easy, to the point I try to avoid talking to him about anything that could possibly turn into a political conversation.
For example, dude is a huge Trump supporter, I don't care, he can support whoever he wants, but his reasons are off the wall. Stuff like.. He thinks Cruz is in the race to make Canada & the US one country and that if Hillary gets elected some of our allies will turn on us because of something her husband did. Thats complete crazy shite. Anybody got someone like that they know?

I can't decide if I hate the kids writing style with no paragraphs, no punctuation and horrible spelling or this gibberish more. I mean it is as if he is trying to write out his thoughts coherently but just can't make it happen.

My step-daughter's ex boyfriend used to come in and check out my snake collection, and every time he'd start rattling off "facts" about snakes. And virtually everything he said was wrong. What makes someone who has zero experience with snakes thin they are going to inform someone with over $5K invested in snakes?
And, no offense, but I thought African-Americans were afraid of snakes.
