People who look like animals

We have a guy at work who we thought looks like a Possum, then we met his family and they look like a bunch of little possums. They are all short and fat. He has short hair and a hairy neck that is turning gray. It's is pretty freaky looking cause it looks like it grows upwards on his neck. On top of that he wears some goggle type safety glasses when he is in the shop. I thought I was the only one who noticed this, but other people brought it up. He freaks the women out who work here.
Anyone else know someone that reminds them of an animal?
