I know a 90+ year old lady with a bad back who walks like she is in terrible pain. Saw her at the grocery store one day pushing her cart across the lot to put it in a corral. If she can do it ...
I'd like to get on the roof with a bullhorn and a paint-gun in a sniper hide. When someone leaves a cart, give them a blast, "Hey you lazy a-hole! Put that damn cart up. Yeah, you in the blue shirt. Put it up."
If they ignore that, decorate their car with a few blasts from the paint-gun.

Meh... unless it's very busy I usually don't put it in the corral. There are employees for that.
