That's because most grocery store workers in STL are unionized and are paid a decent wage.

The people charged with cleaning up the parking lots actually do it. Now I'm not pro Union, but the parallel can be drawn with Canes and Chic-fil-A: employers can demand a higher level of competence because their employees are compensated well. As a result, their establishments are cleaner and the service is prompt and friendly.

I've pushed those fricker before and it's a pain in the arse when they're scattered by and it's either 100 degrees or 10 degrees. People who don't put them back are assholes, especially if it's raining or hot as balls

I mean the customers though. People push the carts back to the corrals more here than anywhere else I've seen.

The same people who throw their litter out of the car. To lazy to throw it away at home or even at their next stop at a fast food joint where they will get their next gallon bag of calories and a super size drink.
