This is Mardi Gras. You are surrounded by tens of thousands of belligerently drunk people, topless women, vomit, people pissing in public, and a major spike in crime...but you're upset about the beads they're throwing?

Shoot....the Sons of the Confederacy have multiple floats every year in the Monroe Mardi Gras parade. In full confederate regalia, with a cannon on the back of a trailer that works. Confederate flags everywhere. Always wonder if they are going to get jumped each year....but they are carrying bayonets, so maybe that dissuades the masses....
