Pull over if you must, it's just not worth it. /rant.
You should move to California. You get a $160 ticket if a cop sees you with your phone in your hand. Don't see a lot of texting and talking going on there.

I love these threads because they are totally useless.
Texting and driving will not stop, no matter how many laws you pass and no matter how high the pile of dead bodies reaches.
So, accept it as a part of life, and, beware of the issue when somebody hits you with their car while they are texting.
