They probably don’t drink half a fifth of gin right before bed.

Jackasses.

A good night's sleep is highly underrated and everyone should be serious about trying to attain one. Legitimately makes every facet of your life better with an eight-hour investment.

Man, I wake up just about every night around 1AM and have to pee. If I don’t actively try to limit my thoughts for that minute and half, I’ll be up for 2 hours.

I feel your pain.

I got prescribed Trazadone for my sleep issues. I'm Rx the lowest dose which is 50mg but I only take half. I get the best night sleep ever. I wake up a little groggy in the am but goes away pretty quick. It's non addictive.

It comes and goes in spurts. I can go 2 weeks without a full night's sleep averaging about 5 hours of sleep. Finally, the good night of sleep will come and it feels so good.

I've learned that if I don't do something active during the day, usually physical labor around the house, golfing, or other hobbies, I don't sleep very well. Even when I'm tired, I won't go to sleep if I don't stay active during the day.

I sleep pretty good 90% of nights, but I do get up to pee at 3am every night. Every once in a while, I have problems getting back to sleep well afterwards.

I find having a routine schedule and decent diet is the best recipe. Cut out caffeine a few years ago as well. Basically go to bed and get up around the same time consistently throughout the week. Sleep a pretty solid 8 hours per night.

Also alcohol is the worst thing for getting good, consistent sleep.

Sorry not sorry.

I’ve been able to master my sleep wonderfully for my entire life.

It’s been great, not going to lie.

Lots to be said for exercising daily. Some weeks I fall off the wagon and it definitely affects my sleep. Otherwise I sleep like as baby for 7 to 8 hours and wake up feeling great

Life is rough and inflation is high so the majority of Americans have trouble sleeping at night. Thankfully, I make too much money to worry about stuff like that and sleep wonderfully each night.

Yeah, pisses me off. I've had a busy week so I didn't get to sleep as much as I like. Was only able to hit my goal on Saturday night.

ETA: When I was drinking a couple glasses of whiskey every night I was averaging about 6 hours. It helped me fall asleep but I wouldn't stay asleep. Cutting back was one of the best things I've ever done.

100% bamboo sheets
Cooling pillows
Cooling mattress
Mattress angled a 33% head incline and slight feet incline
Fan blowing on the bed
Woman that loves me nestled on my chest.

I sleep like a rock.

I normally sleep like a baby by following these rules:

1. No chocolate after 7:00 PM

2. No more than one cocktail at 8:00 PM, usually an Old Fashioned.

3. During the day, I have a cup of decaf coffee in the morning, after that only water or the occasional Diet Grapico. Basically I have almost zero caffeine in my diet.

4. Two melatonin gummies at bedtime.

We normally go to bed about 9:00 or 9:30. I’ll read my book (currently reading “The Guns at Last Light” by Rick Atkinson) until 10:00 when I lay down and go to sleep listening to either Forensics Files on HLN or The First 48 on A&E with a sleep timer set for one hour.

I wouldn't be able to sleep either if I knew my old lady was at Commandeaux's house.

I got prescribed traz a couple of weeks ago, hesitated to take it then when i did a couple times it didn't help. Is it something that takes a few times to kick in or should it work right away
