And I just thought it was embarrassing that you could see all the orange jumpsuits congregating in the new prison from I-10...of course it could get even worse.

what neighbors? the jail is fairly far back towards the highway and about two blocks toward tulane its bail bonds and sheriffs offices. Also OJC is a shite show of a facility.

Living next to a prison is trashy. They should move.
