People are disgusting

A friend of mine had a Mother's Day BBQ today at his home in Mid City. Apparently there was some parade or something going on and the neighborhood was packed. So, we are standing outside shooting the shite and a car stops in the middle of the street, the driver gets out and proceeds to empty of all the trash and garbage he had in his pos car INTO THE STREET.
Before we even realized what was happening, they were gone. Some of the trash includes empty cigarette packs, fast food wrappers and dirty diapers (I wish I was lying). Driving out of Mid City the place looks like a damn bomb went off- trash everywhere. How hard is it to pick up after yourself? It's disgusting.
