Pedestrian hit/killed on Florida Blvd

They used to do that at night and try and get people to either hit them and sue, or stop and rob them. Solution was to hit them and keep on keeping on

No seriously, they probably were either walking to or from work. School is out that time of day. Person could have gotten off of work at Burger King right there on Florida Blvd or McDonalds.
