Passenger car door won't fully close

I have an Acura 08 that the passenger door won't fully close on. It's barely stays open but it causes the lights in the car to come on when I'm turning left or hit bumps. I've never wrecked the car. Any suggestions on how to fix or who I could bring it to in the Baton Rouge area? Would you do a collision shop or mechanic?

Spray wd-40 on the latch in the door and see if that helps. Maybe it's sticking and not closing all the way? Just a suggestion before bringing it to someone to look at.

The hinges probably need to be adjusted/re-aligned. After years of use it is not uncommon for them to need to be adjusted after heavy use.
Also the striker pin that the door latches to can be adjusted on some models. If it is sticking too far out, it could cause the door to not close properly.
Personally I would take it to a body shop for adjustment or to your nearest Honda/Acura dealer for service.

That would be my first guess.
